yes, if you go and post on the diabetic talk list, there are two accessible ones, the Prodigy Voice and the Solo Meters.
The only meter that works in conjunction with the pumps, is the one touch meter, which is not accessible.
I use a pump, there are no accessible pumps out on the market yet for the blind.
But I am able to use it, by following the beeps.
Many of us with the Diabetic Action Network, use a pump.
