[Blindtlk] A refreshable Braille display-related idea

No, this was definitely several lines of Braille, not graphics.  I'm 
thinking it was in the late 90's or early 2000's that I saw it and I 
think it was a few years old then.  I still talk to the person who had 
it.  I'll give her a call and see if she remembers who manufactured it.
