To set up a signature, press control, shift O to open the options menu. 
Then control tab until you get to the Signatures tab.  Tab once and just 
follow the prompts.

Hi, everyone.  A couple more questions.  First of all, how does one create a 
signature in Windows Live Mail.  For example, how would I automatically have 
appear at the bottom of my emails, something like Mark Tardif, Computer 
Hater?  Also, is there a way with this program to have a contact I am 
mailing automatically come up when I start to press the first letters?  For 
example, if I were emailing Blind Talk, is there a way to simply hit b and 
immediately get to that address?  I have more, but that’s it for now.  Thank 
you.
