Try these websites:
1.  http://www.convertfiles.com/ - this web site offers a lot of conversion
options including being able to convert your videos into audio formats such
as mp3, and even downloading youtube videos into your preferred format of
choice.
2.  http://www.video2mp3.net/ - this site offers a unique feature for
converting youtube and other video site's videos into mp3 files with high
quality. Note that you must be running Java in order for this site to work
correctly. Otherwise, you can try:
3.  http://www.online-convert.com/  - this is similar to convertFiles.com,
but for major issues that Google is putting out under copyright protections,
you can't convert youtube videos with it, but all the others, you can do
instead.

Please try these, and let me know.

I am looking for an accessible video converter for my PC, or a player I can
download to my phone that will take any videos.  I currently have the Nokia
N82 and love it.  I can download books, radio, e-mail, everything, but not
all videos.  The Itunes videos I have are M4v, and I believe the Nokia uses
MP4.  I'm open to either converting videos from my PC or any ideas on a
player that will accept videos.  BTW, I have been able to play some videos
from Youtube, but not all, and I'm thinking this depends on the downloaded
format.

I appreciate any advice you can give, or correction in my thought process.
