[Blindtlk] Buffet Lines

If there are people behind the serving tables, I ask what is available, and 
play it by ear.  Some buffet lines have servers, some do not.  On occasion, 
I've asked the person next to me what is being presented.  Also, My husband 
and I have gone through the line at some restaurants with the waitress to 
give the verbal.
