Without seeing the message the way it came to you with full headers, I
cannot say for certain. However, I'm virtually one hundred percent sure it's
spam. Don't open it and, if you do, don't click on any links in the message.

If you're still worried, go to the Gmail page where you can see your account
settings by opening it using your browser of choice and typing in the
address directly or, if you have this page as one of your Favorites, you're
probably safe doing it that way. I think you'll find everything copacetic
and there's no such warning.
