Dunno. I've checked but the book isn't in their inventory. I don't have
scanning facilities myself. I suppose I could buy the hard-cover copy but
want to keep my purchases down to a dull roar for a while.

Have you checked BookShare?  Don't they have a service where you can request
specific books?
