[Blindtlk] Walking down the aisle

Hi Areal, congrats to you!!! I'm not a bride but I'm blind. I also have a blind friend who will be getting married in January. I don't know if he'll have his cane in his wedding. I also don't see why you shouldn't have your cane with you. If it was me, I would move the universe to have my cane with me. I have never been married but I have been a brides made in my sister!a wedding. From that experience, I know that the bride no matter what vision level they have, they always take their dad's arm as they walk down the isle. Brides makes do the same thing with the grumes men. I like the ideas on taking your cane with you that others have poasted here! I hope that you and your husband have a very long and healthy as well as happy marriage! Good luck!!!
