Hello.  You may want to check out the Bicycling Blind website at:  http://bicyclingblind.org/  .  It's tandem bicycling.  Connecting blind cyclists with cited pilots.

I wanted to do this, but could not find anyone in my area.  I was then advised to ride a stationery bike, but there's nothing like getting out into the open air.  Have a good day.
