Mark is not president of the Maryland affiliate. Melissa Riccobono is. The constitution is silent on dual presidencies, although why someone would want both the job of running a state affiliate and our national organization is beyond me.

I agree with Ray.  From my observations of Mark Riccobono, I see more of a change for the better.  I'm with the belief that there must be a slate of candidates to succeed Dr. Maurer.  I also feel sad that Marc is leaving the Presidency of NFB.  I blieve that Riccobono is currently President of the Maryland NFB.  What does the Constitution say about say about holding dual Presidencies?
