You also know that the Northeast Chapter of the NFB of New Jersey runs and internet radio show. It is called the WTOE or the Thru Our Eyes Network.  So it is kind of the official station of the NFB.  The link is http://www.thruoureyes.org
These shows air on each Wednesday of the month, at 8pm Eastern Time, accept for July, Convention Month.  These are live talk radio shows.  
4 Shows hosted by NFB Members on  different topics, and it all started almost 9 years ago, with President of the NFB of NJ, Joe Ruffalo, with his Thru Our Eyes with Joe Ruffalo, who discusses all NFB related issues and other current blindness issues.  
Here is the full line up for the month:
1st Wednesday of each month which is tonight, December 4, 2013 at 8PM Eastern.
The Echevarria Travel Show - hosted by yours truly Cheryl Echevarria and co-host Margo Downey.  We have guests on from the NFB and Travel Industry, such guests have been Marion Gwizdala, President of NAGDU; Dwight Sayer, President of the NABV; Mark Jones,  Manager, Domestic Services for Guests with Disabilities, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. There was an article in the November Braille Monitor that was about our tour of Walt Disney World with Mark Jones and his team last year, before the NFB Convention Started, that we did this tour.  So many more people from around the world and locally that affect the way we travel. So listen in tonight.
2nd Wednesday again, same time and station, "On the Bright Side", which is hosted by  Jane Degenshein (NFB of NJ) and co-host Jerry Moreno (NFB NC). This show will inform, motivate and inspire with personal stories, anecdotes and much laughter
3rd Wednesday, the original. Thru Our Eyes/Joe Ruffalo, A one hour show hosted by Joseph Ruffalo, President of the New Jersey National Federation of The Blind. Joe talks about NFB issues and philosophy and interviews people from all over the country about subjects of interest to the blind and visually impaired
4th Wednesday - Looking Good Without Looking - Be a fashion icon with advice from your personal stylist, Linda Zani Thomas (NFB of NJ).  "Whether you have full vision, low vision or no vision, . . . . . we're all on a journey to looking our best!"  This show is for men, women, teens, kids, anyone.
