Chris,
You will want to go to your outlook options.  Go to the File tab, find the
Options drop down and in here you will find mail which you will want to tab
through.  This should get you started.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 and JAWS 14 on a computer running Windows
7. I have a couple questions about Outlook which I am hoping you all can
help me with. Firstly, how do I add a new account into Outlook? Also, how do
I set up an email signature to appear at the bottom of emails sent using
Outlook? Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.
