Dean Stenehjem the director of the Washington State School for the Blind and Visually Impaired sent this out on one of the education lists. Some of those in the NFB may remember that Dean received the Educator of the Year award a couple years ago.

Last night KOMO 4 feature the first blind Iranian-American to serve as a state legislator, Cyrus Habib.
