Absolutely!  Let's all take a few deep breaths and think about what we are 
going to say and how we're going to say it.  It's better for my blood 
pressure not to be subjected to that stuff, too, and, I have found, not to 
subject other people to it.

Everybody calm down.
He got a child's cane.
Many parents ask for canes for their kids and some how, they thought he was
a kid and sent him a short cane, for a child.
As for misspelling, we all do it at sometime because we are in a hurry or
just forget to run it through spell check before hitting the send button.
Forget about it and move on.
Also, not everyone on a NFB list is a NFB member and does not really
represent the NFB as a organization, only as a individual.
E-mail is a imperfect form of communication and does not always come across
as we really intended it to.  We should all keep our cool and treat each
other as we would wish to be treated.  There are, on this list and most all
of the many other list I am subscribed to, smart asses who love to beard the
lion and pull other people's chains or stir the pot.  These people I delete
there messages, without reading or block the sender so I do not have to be
subjected to their crap.
This is much better for my blood pressure and keeps me from getting their
blood on my fist or clothes.
