No it is not true. I get great support when calling them and also don't have
to wait for a long time.

    Is the tech support with Freedomscientific as bad as the GW-Micro crowd
would have me believe? Seriously as I was being trained the assistive
technology instructor constantly complained about the tech support or the
hours of wait time that he had to endure doing his job for his clients that
is the real reason for picking Window-Eyes.
