Dear NFB Talk members,
Does anybody besides me perform yoga on an amateur level? I've
gone threw almost half of my Maxiaids.com tutorial for beginner five
disc set and two dvd set and have a few questions on them. If you have
bought the set from Maxiaids.com that I'm referring that would be
helpful to discuss further on what to do. Imparticular, I'm wwondering
after the first dvd to continue playing over the dvd or try out each
pose like sets or reps and etc? I really want to work on the doggy
style or cat stance for my lower body form like legs and butt just
need another prospective on yoga for blind people. Thanks for any
interested yogies too cause I can help with whatever resources whether
Maxiaids.com, App advice and general techniques or even buying tips on
yoga pants whether male or female for that matter. By the way, I love
the feminin Wal-Mart variety, then I'm not your typical male either!
hugs,
Peter
