Oh I remember him. He spoke at several National conventions. I always found

I just found out one of my friends has passed away. Mr. Mark Marvel.
We both had lost our vision from Diabetes, he was also a kidney transplant 
survivor.
Below is the information that was posting on the Blind Ambitions Group 
Website.
I wrote a column for the paper a few times about travel. He will definitely 
be missed.
He was from the Great State of Delaware. Same age as me 46, in fact, his 46 
birthday was March 24 that was only 3 days ago.
It is with sadness that I pass on this news that our dear friend and 
colleague Mark Marvel passed away this morning in his home in Newark, 
Delaware. He had been battling with diabetes for many years. You may recall 
that following his own sight loss, he founded Blind Ambitions Groups 
http://www.blindambitionsgroups.org/ and did many wonderful things to 
increase the independence and employment of persons who are blind. Mark was 
certainly ambitious himself and was a great role model and support to many 
persons. This is just one small example of how he used his positive attitude 
and networking skills to help better the lives of those around him.
