 If your Vicgtor Stream was purchased before about April, 2008, 
it only
 contains one user key, but should contain 3.  One of these is 
needed for the
 Archive.org books, which will be read by your text-to-speech.  
Part of the
 information the player gives is the number of keys it contains;

 count NLS and Learning Ally keys.  If this is your issue,
