A friend of mine tried to call the Independence Market to order a cane and the person on the phone told him the only way he could order from him is online. Anyone know about this? Some people still don't have computers or might not understand the website well enough to make an order. I referred this person to NFB, because I think they have the best canes. Any suggestions?
