[Blindtlk] Anyone else not get there disability check today

I heard payments for SSI and SSDI weren't suppose to be effected however, 
some payments have been definitely delayed.  So it does appear the shut down 
is effecting some payments.  Who you call to check on your delayed payment 
is anyone's guess.
