VoiceOver is software, but it is part of the operating system on the iPhone.  Therefore, switching out the card 
that has your phone number and such should not affect VoiceOver, although I suppose it could affect some of your 
default settings, depending upon where a particular setting is stored.  Be sure to check whether your iPhone can 
swap cards, as not all iPhones can, as I understand it.
