There is no Sendspace app for iPhone. This is because there is no general file space on an iPhone such as a flashdisk. Files are generally app -specific. Two exceptions are Filer and Dropbox both these allow you to access files using your dropbox account and Filer also has its own file area. Additionally, there are editors that will edit files in your dropbox folder. You can, of course, transfer files using dropbox between the iPhone and other systems that can access a dropbox account. 
I know nothing of iPhone email lists except that they exist.
