[Blindtlk] Amazon download help

I am running windows XP, Jaws 10, and Internet Explorer 8. I am having trouble trying to download and install the cloud player from Amazon. I start the download for the install program and my system cannot download the install program to be able to run the install process for the cloud player. I would really like any help with this problem. I have tried to get help from Amazon customer service and they have not been any help with this problem.
