[Blindtlk] Some Questions About Watching/Accessing Television

I am not sure if anyone on this list was at the National Convention in 2012 or was it in 2011, one of the presentations were from a company or organization in the United Kingdom, I am looking for it on the NFB.org
It is not that these devices don't exist, they do, I believe Magnavox has them working over there, but for whatever reason, they do not allow them with the cable companies here in the US.
Instead of us asking to NFB to make or build something, we don't make or build things, we ask if there are Colleges and Universities and others who want to work with us, in finding out how to make things.
We didn't make the car, we had worked with them.
We have to go after the cable companies and the dish network, and let them know that these things exist.
