  Unfortunately, I have not done this, so can not give you a direct answer, but I would check out places like ILA, LS&S, Blind Mice Mart... as they likely have adapted equipment that will help you do the measuring. HTH.

I am wondering how a blind person uses a syringe.  How can you measure liquid in it when you are filling it up, if you cannot see the markings?
