[Blindtlk] Is Google Hang out accessible to those using screen readers

Hello all,
I’ve been hearing a lot about people using Google hang out as a place to hold web meetings, webinars etc. Can anyone tell me about how usable it is for the blind? I know Google has been slow to address accessibility in its products, such as Google docs, so I’m naturally somewhat skeptical. Thank you for any info you can give me.
