Yes, but when they call for any actor to do any part, they have managers that manage them, and the also put a call out to all actors.
The NFB has a performing arts division. I can only surmise that they if they are serious at there work can find out about auditions.
They put out there if they want tall people, short people, blondes, men, women, fat, skinny, I am sure if they put blind or visually impaired they could find some.
Just being optimistic
