[Blindtlk] Device Question

Well, I bought a Venue Series 8. I think it is an 8.1, and I have Jaws
Professional 16. I also have a Humanware BI40, which I am trying to attach
to the tablet. The tablet knows it is there, it knows it is Bluetooth, and
they aren't pairing. In JAWS I have selected the correct device, but I have
a sense something is missing and I don't know what. The braille device has
Humanware's latest firmware on it.
