[Blindtlk] IOS 8 question.

Hi all! 
I have an iPhone 4s and I updated my IOS software to IOS 8 on Wednesday. Ever since I got IOS 8 on my iPhone, every time I brouse the Internet, it pauses, says "voice over is on" and jumps all the way back to the top of the page. It repeats it every second or so. I suspect that the iPhone 4s is too slow for the new software. Does anyone else with an iPhone that is 4s or lower with IOS 8 have this problem? If so, what do you think about it? I want to sort it out so I can brouse the Internet with my old efficently like I did before the update until I get an iPhone 6.
