[Blindtlk] Illegal Expulsions

Hello Mark and everyone,

Blind individuals were "Expelled" from this organization who weren't
members or chose not to renew their membership due to problems in their
local chapter. Texas is one affiliate that has done this and needs to be
held accountable by the national organization for such negligence. A simple
check of the current dues paying members of our local chapter could have
prevented this from happening. Let that get out in the press and media. No
one will want to join an organization with a record of expelling
non-renewing members.
