Give Odie lots of hugs from another "dogmom."  To have an elevator act like 
that is inexcusable in a pubblic building.  I would definitely get hold of 
the city inspector about that one if the building manager hasn't.

I just spoke with a service cordinator in my apartment complex and the 
higher up manager has asked me to write an incident report in reference of 
what happened to me in the elevator last Thursday.
So, will be doing that once the weather calms down.
