[Blindtlk] Twitter and JAWS: How to get Good Access?

Hi All,
  I thought that Twitter clients were supposed to be easier for screen readers than going on to Twitter the website.

  If so, does anyone have recommendations for clients that work well with JAWS that are also free? I am running the latest version of JAWS with Windows 7.
