[Blindtlk] PDF's only showing first page

Hi Arielle,

If the document is very large, over 50 pages I think, then it won’t all be loaded and JAWS will only read you a single page by default.  You can change this behaviour in Adobe Reader’s preferences, but I don’t recall exactly where this setting is (I’m on my Mac at the minute so can’t check).
