You can just hit f5 and sometimes it will go to the video you want to see.
Also, you can use the find feature  with control f and search for the word
skip.  Then hit enter.  If the video is still going on, hit f5.  It will
usually skip to what you want to see.

Jaws does not speak the skip button but you can refresh the page and you
will get a shorter commercial or no commercial at all.
