I know nothing about glare in youtube videos;  personally, I probably wouldn't where the sunglasses, because I don't normally do it, and I don't think I would be natural.  However, removing my personal druthers, it is an option to where them if you have enough trusted friends/people say that it can be distracting.
I would get a few more people to look at your videos if possible so you aren't basing your decision on one person as to where the sunglasses or not.  
That's just one person's opinion.

Seems to me that wearing sunglasses would produce unwanted glare in the videos.

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask a sort of odd question. I like to do videos on Youtube for my website. Everyone seems to enjoy them, as far as I can tell. But yesterday, a friend I recently met suggested to wear sunglasses. He said it might be odd for people to see my eyes, since they aren’t focused. I have no vision at all, and I can’t control my eyes.

I don’t know what I think of this. No one else has said they were bothered by it. And I don’t want to appear as though I am ashamed of my blindness. I’d like to see what others would say.

And this friend means well, even if it seems a bit rude. I just want to see how others handle doing videos, who are in a similar situation.
