While no cartridge or flash drive is connected, press the Sleep button ten
times or more. You will hear the firmware version and the serial number.
You can stop that announcement by turning the player off.

Subject: [Blindtlk] An NLS/Learning Ally Question

Hi All,
I am trying to set up my advanced NLS player to play LearningAlly books.
The LA site is requiring me to enter my player's serial number. Without
contacting the library, is there any way to figure out the serial number
without any usable vision?
Happy weekend all!
Chris
