Afternoon, Ericka,
Rather than learn the opperating system of my Androidd, I
just go into the Verizon store where the staff will do what I need
I.E. send text messages, in-put a contact etcc. this way you need not
bother others or learn your phone if such is your priority.
Hopefully, your provider has a store that is convenient relative to
where you live.
