I think as I recall you go to enhanced languages and there you find him. He
is large and takes some time to download. When he has finished, I have had
to turn off VO and then turn it back on to get him talking.

  I wanted to try out Alex and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to
download him on the latest version of iOS 8. Any help would be wonderfully
appreciated! Sorry, I know there are iOS lists for VO, but they are way too
