Let me make abundantly clear the fact that it is not necessary for you to be a member of the NFB to get much needed help from us.  We don't play games like that.  I urge you to try contacting us and getting the help you need.

PS.  Dave, does the NFB have any mail lists that maybe she could benefit more directly from?
