Hi Charlotte,

You are perfectly appropriate in your expectations, in my view.  The store
is open to serve customers.  You ought to be able to shop in your way at
your convenience, just like any other customer.  Some customers drop in to
grab a single item while others need assistance to sort through the many
choices available.  You ought to be able to expect courteous customer
service no matter how long it takes.  Many of us blind folks shop alone,
some often and some occasionally and some like you, all the time.  Good
training, self-confidence and a belief in our right to live the lives we
want is what we aspire to.  You need not justify your actions to anyone.

Hi. Unfortunately I don't have family members to go with so have to rely on
help whenever I can. I was also trying to take advantage of sales due to
being on a limited income. I wish I had help to go with someone, but that
just isn't an option for me.
