Even when asking to look at the item before going into the cart and getting all the info you can does not always help, but in my experience, those mistakes are few and far between.

I understand why people go a lot of times with a family member. I've heard many nightmare stores, although most not as bad as what I dealt with. That's why a lot of people don't go. I've also heard of people being given the wrong items and being told items weren't available when they were. One story I heard of the person told the help that she was allergic to something and they weren't looking even though she asked them several times. When she got home, she ate smething and had a horrible allergic reaction. That is really bad.
