[Blindtlk] A Horrible Experience at Kmart

[Charlotte]

I've not had anything this bad happen but I have had other incidents 
over the years definitely. Some of them I just shake my head and move 
on. Some I've gone to a manager or corporate. Sorry for the 
misunderstanding.
