Well, one thing you could do to test it is to actually go back, and if they try to impose a 30 minute window, tell them they will lose revenue for one thing, and that unless they are imposing a time limit on all customers, they cannot legally single out customer groups.  Plus, if you never go back to spend money there, in one way Daniel has "won," because you are not darkening their door and showing up to prove out that they have honored their request.

This is my last post on this issue.

I understand that but at least to reassure me that something was done and to make sure that I know that there isn't going to be a 30 minute limit. I'd think if I made a customer this angry, I'd want to make sure they were reassured so that they'd tell everyone hey I got results and this won't happen again so now I'm happy. Plus I have waited almost 2 weeks with no follow-up phone call and when I called corporate they were saying oh yes they should've called you. Same thing here, oh we'll pass it on. That's all I'm being told. Pass it on, no it has been taken care of this will not happen again and he has been told the laws of the ADA act. That would've satisfied me and I'd have never brought it up and posted all he things I have.
