Hello,
This is great! I love bread making. There are so many ways to make it and
they are all good.
Dr. Kenneth Jernigan wrote in a speech that "philosophy bakes no bread;
without philosophy no bread is baked." Bread making is a way to improve our
confidence and independence. It shows others that we can be first-class
citizens.
Keep it up!
Warmest Regards,
Fred

Subject: [Blindtlk] An Update on my Independence
Dear Members,
I hope everyone is having an awesome weekend so far. I wanted to give you
an update on my independence. This week at work I got the opportunity to
practice my independent living skills. I made a loaf of bread using a
breadmaker. My boss read the directions to me and I did all the work for
the preparation. This is another small step toward improving my
independence.
