Ok here are the add ons you need to get.
Adblock plus
Smart ads blocker
Strict pop-up blocker
To get to these add ons  you open fire fox, click on tools, go down to
add-ons, click on that, Look for the link that says "get add ons. Open that.
Look for a search box called search all add ons.  In that box type in pop up
blockers and hit enter.  You will get a list of blockers, just arrow down or
up until you find the one you want and click or hit enter.  It will ask, add
to browser tell it yes.  That should work.

Other than Microsoft security essentials, , what else can I use to clean my
pc, and remove the pop up with Mozilla Firefox that occur?

It appears that I have some spyware and malware stuff on here.

Just when I use the internet with Mozilla.

I'm using Windows 7 with jaws 16.I've used Microsoft  essentials, but I'm
not sure if it is fully updated or not.

I don't want to redownload it if I don't have to, but I will if someone can
tell me whether or not that will interfere with the prior version; I don't
want two of them on my pc because I won't be able to tell them apart.

If you are talking about the pop ups you get in fire fox, read my post. What
I said in them will get rid of the pop ups you get in fire fox.

Does anyone know of an accessible pc cleaner other than Microsoft security
essentials?  I ran that already   and it didn't seem to do the trick, unless
