[Blindtlk] Grade 3 Braille????

I don't think shorthand braille was as widely known. It was strictly for
stenography I think, though you could use it for notetaking if you wanted
to. People would find it hard to read your notes. Grade 3 you would catch on
to more quickly.

I do not know shorthand Braille but have heard of it. I do know Grade 3
Braille as noted earlier.
