Yes, Judy good idea, but when they are busy The vindors don't always have
time to scan bills.

I agree with you, Ariel, and have never had problems.
However, on the management end of being a blind "cashier," I would
definitely use an iBill or some sort of system to scan in bills given to me
by the public. After all, if the till is short, guess who needs to be
responsible?

I haven't gotten into any of the money reader apps. I guess I just trust
people too much. And I wouldn't want to hold up the line for that long to
scan all my bills. I always ask what bills I'm getting and put them away
before I leave the register. That has worked fine for me and most blind
people I know.
