Blind people have adopted just to be clear. The people that I do know had to
go outside the country to do it.

But I would contact the Blind Parents of Children Division, there are 2
different divisions, Blind Parents & Parents of Blind Children.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can have the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.

curious about this. Which countries can blind people adopt children from? I
know we can't adopt out of China, but what about others? Heck, what about
the USA itself?
