[Blindtlk] Online Dating

It is really not cool to dispense with the picture. There is just nothing
positive about not having a photo. By all means, go out with him if you feel
safe, but a man or a woman with no photo is placing you in an unfair
situation. Ask him to send pictures, and send them to a friend so then can
give you an understanding as to who you are meeting.
Justin.

You make a valid point Ray, and I have talked to him on the phone, but I
feel a picture is a necessity too. Is he frowning, looking mean, or is he
smiling, like his persona is portraying. Just trying to take as many
precautions as I can :)

me, it's the voice that says it all. Believe me, you can tell way more
about a person just by listening to what they say: and, much more
importantly, the way they say what they say. As a vinyl record I once heard
in my childhood says, "Your voice is an individual possession. No one else
has one just like it. This is true because of your particular physical make
up, and the manner in which you use your voice. Your voice usually reflects
your state of mind, and, and reflects your personality. In fact, your voice
is you."

put one up and if he doesn't know how, be willing to help in this.

suggestions. I am completely blind, and have started online dating. Someone
to whom I have been talking to for a week and a half wants to meet for
coffee. The problem is that he has no pictures on his profile and I don't
know his last name. I am trying to play it safe. A picture says a thousand
words about a person. So, my question, how can I ask him for a picture?
Thanks in advance for your help!
