In my experience, Netflix is fully accessible but only on Apple TV. The iOS app is accessible to a degree and, well, don't get me started on the site *smile*. It cost £5.99 UK monthly and is automatically renewed until cancelled. Audio description is what I come to expect with Netflix; full narration of the "blank" scenes and well described visual features such as faces of characters.
